Kent Tarrach is Vice President, Asset Management for Brookfield Properties. In this role, Kent helps lead the strategic oversight of Brookfield’s office portfolio in New York, Washington, D.C., and Boston, with a focus on significant redevelopment projects and large or complicated lease transactions. He manages relationships with Joint Venture Partners and is responsible for implementing innovative technologies and other initiatives across the global portfolio to improve operations and enhance the client experience. Additionally, he is currently assisting with the expansion of Brookfield’s Global Corporate Development Group, which is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with the Company’s largest customers across all its business lines (Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Private Equity) and developing strategic partnerships that are complementary to Brookfield’s operations.
Kent joined Brookfield in 2004, holding previous roles in the company with the Leasing, Finance, and Acquisition and Disposition Groups. Prior to joining Brookfield, he worked in Baltimore, Maryland with Preston Scheffenacker Properties, a commercial real estate services company. Kent received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University, majoring in Business Management.
